Navigating Change: Organization Change Management Hub

DigiWise is a consulting company that helps government organizations and businesses adapt to evolving industry needs. With rapid technological advancements, DigiWise decided to implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) to streamline transitions and modernize outdated processes.

Since OCM is closely connected to assessment tools, we integrated them into a unified system. Alongside this, we developed a knowledge base where companies can access industry news, trends, and training materials to support their evaluations.

For holding companies, we created a reporting tool that allows them to assess the maturity levels of their subsidiaries and track progress.

By combining OCM, automated assessments, and a structured knowledge base, DigiWise provides organizations with the right tools to navigate change efficiently.

I analyzed the features of three major solutions in the organizational change management space: OCM Solution, Stracl, and ChangePlan. This helped me understand their strengths and weaknesses, guiding our own development.

We demonstrate the fully developed steps one to three directly on the platform, while steps four to seven are presented as prototypes due to ongoing development.

In the initial phase, we concentrated on developing a knowledge base platform for organizations. This platform was designed to keep them updated on assessments through various resources, including online courses, self-paced learning, industry-specific articles, use cases, trends, marketing insights, chats, webinars, and video calls.

After six iterations and feedback from key organizations, we realized the need to reorder the assessment steps and introduce a change management module. We decided to integrate our assessment tools with the OCM and knowledge base platform, creating a more streamlined, step-by-step user journey. This approach will guide users from learning about digitalization to implementing meaningful change.

Business Areas Detail

Each area provides access to relevant information such as maturity assessment result, news, articles, training courses, trends, and use cases.

Home page

On the home page, users can view all business areas and select the area of their interest.

To enhance user experience, the latest trends, popular courses, recent articles, news updates, and the most recent use cases are displayed in small cards on the left and right columns for easier access.

Knowledge areas are categorized and presented in separate cards, ensuring that regardless of the business area a user selects, they can access the information they need efficiently.


Maturity Assessment Overview

The Maturity Assessment section allows users to evaluate their company's performance in various business areas. For each area, users can view a summary of the assessment process, including the start and end dates, program manager, and status of key indicators.

If the company is part of a holding and the holding has set a maturity level for the company—such as aiming to progress from level two to level three—authorized users can access this information here. This feature ensures that users stay informed about their company’s evaluation and maturation goals.

Training Courses Overview

In the Training Courses page, users can see ongoing and upcoming courses categorized by filters. These courses are designed based on the training needs defined by the program manager in the OCM module. Users will find mandatory courses that may be offered by their company or the DigiWise team, helping them enhance their skills effectively for the assessments or changes.

This design is related to the Change Creation page, which is a key component of the OCM during step four. Given the complexity of the form, the main input fields are fixed for easier access, while other sections are categorized with collapsible options to enhance focus on specific areas.
