Sole UX designer, designed the UX for ITA-x’s online store for consulting tools.

Introduction
This project was about building a central website to show ITA’s AI powered consulting solutions in a clear and engaging way. The goal was to make ITA more visible, help potential clients understand the services, and give them the confidence to start working with the company. The website also needed to support growth by attracting new clients and making it easier for them to connect.
My Role
In the first phase I designed the user experience, focusing on the structure and the user journey. The team wanted to use WordPress so my work was around creating a smooth flow that could be built on that platform.
In the second phase I took care of both UX and UI. This included the Marketplace and the dashboard. My focus was on making the process simple for users to explore services, compare options, and make decisions. The goal was to help them move from browsing to purchasing without confusion.

Problem? The need for a central online platform to effectively showcase ITA's innovative consulting solutions and AI-driven services.
Solution? Create a seamless user journey from understanding services to making purchases. Use clear navigation, detailed service descriptions, and intuitive design elements to guide users. Incorporate user feedback and iterative testing to ensure potential customers can easily find information, enhancing the user experience and driving conversions.
We tested different content layouts and structures to ensure that users received the right information at the right time during their journey on the site.
Site Mapping
We structured the content by identifying key sections and categorizing them into what, where, why, who, and how. This approach ensures a logical flow of information, guiding users seamlessly through the site.
Marketplace Consulting Video
This video demonstrates how we are revolutionizing the consulting landscape through an AI-driven marketplace for advisory, audit, and analytics services. After a brainstorming session with the team, I created the video using Camtasia to visually showcase how users can engage with consultants and SMEs in a seamless process. It highlights the step-by-step product tailoring experience, the dynamic pricing updates, and the role of the ITA assistant bot, offering users a smart, efficient way to find the right services.
First Phase: Website UX Designing
Crafting a Compelling Narrative - Home page iterations
Through three iterations, we carefully refined the home page to boost user engagement and narrate ITA's journey. The final design strategically showcases ITA's features and capabilities, integrates a compelling video on the consulting revolution, contrasts the strengths of AI and human consultants, and traces ITA's inception. Additionally, it outlines the two phases of the ITA platform, features a newsroom, provides contact options with an expert, and includes a footer for seamless navigation.
Highlighting Core Excellence - ITSM page eterations
The ITSM page, the core product among our business areas and the first we developed, highlights key features and the ITSM approach. The design focuses on clearly presenting the main benefits and unique aspects of ITSM to engage users effectively.
Optimizing User Decisions - Product detail page Iterations
The PDP was crafted to provide users with clear options and information for the selected product. It allows users to request an invoice and decide on the purchase. The page includes a comprehensive product description, detailing its benefits and functionality, and features a review and comments section along with an FAQ to support informed decision-making. (not launched yet)
Second Phase: User Dashboard and Marketplace UX/UI Designing
In the dashboard, clients can view the latest updates on their order status, get help and support, track assessment progress, and receive helpful tips.

In the Order History, clients can view order details and upload payment proof after transferring money.

Product Tailoring Step
In the process of purchasing a product, users are guided through a step-by-step wizard. This allows them to choose features or requirements based on their specific needs. As they make selections, the price dynamically updates to reflect their choices. The goal is to provide tailored solutions and help users find the best-fit product for their situation. Users can also interact with the ITA assistant bot for guidance or proceed through the entire process with the bot, making the experience more interactive and seamless.

In this step, the consultant or SME helps refine the product selection further. They guide users in making informed decisions by providing expert insights. Throughout this process, users can interact with the ITA assistant bot for additional support, either to guide them through or complete the process with its help. After confirming all the selections, users receive an invoice to finalize the purchase.
